He wants to fight Tank, that's why he called him out. He can't make 135 anymore so he's trying to make the fight at 140.

If Tank turns down the fight because of the weight he's the one that is going to look weak. Since he had no problem going up for Barrios.

Now that Floyd is ducking the fight for Tank with the 135 lbs excuse Ryan might have to drop it and move on.

Let's see if Tank fights someone good as a replacement, or if he just continues on his bum hunting tour.

This is what Gervonta will say to Ryan in that case: FU.

They are both lightweights so Ryan isn't getting any advantages. In reality, Ryan is almost 170 on fight night, and Davis 145-150. Garcia doesn't dictate anything. Davis isn't Tagoe or Fortuna.

He's lucky Floyd didn't throw in rehydration limit and overweight penalty clauses, like your favorite boxer Canelo is famous for.

It seems the step up from Barrios to Garcia is too much for Tank.

I still don't understand why Gervonta Davis fanboys don't want to see him fight Garcia.
In my opinion Davis would KO Garcia at 140.

Despite Floyd being clueless and thinking Ryan's last fight was at 135 it was actually at 140 lbs.

The guy has outgrown the lightweight division. It is what it is, why can't Tank go to 140 again so we can get a good fight? It's not like Gervonta will fight anyone risky at 135 anyway.

                    No he wants media attention.

He knows Tank is at 135. He knows lingerie dela 8ball is already on the “dazn only” garbage. That is why he specifically said 140- because he knows it never happens at that weight.

The Barrios fight was over a year ago. He’s had 2 fights at 135 since then. So even the dumbest anti Floyd, anti Haymon, anti pbc imbecile understands Tank is a 135lber.

Worse for Ryan, he just avoided a Haney fight as well. Now this call out tells real fans he isn’t serious about tough opponents.

Homie- Tank is the top contender for the undisputed LW championship. Why would he leave 135 to fight Ryan knowing this?

He also has a Loma fight and the Gary Russell fight at 135 he will make good money on.

If Ryan has outgrown 135, then call out a legit 140lber like Teo or Taylor he can make big money with.
