Lara's style is all wrong for Golovkin as the last time he faced a skilled southpaw he looked terrible. If Kassim Ouma gave him problems then Lara would box circles around him only thing GGG has is the punch but Lara has shown to be resilient and durable.

In 10 years GGG has only fought 3 light punching southpaws in Monroe, Proksa and Fuchigami. 3 people nobody will even remember in 10 years.

The way to give him issues is to go to the body and on the inside like canelo did in the 2nd fight and what sergey did. Ouma was losing almost every rd and got stopped. Ouma fights nothing like lara and was pressing ggg on the inside. Lara fights like neither and can't fight on the inside.

This is totally untrue lmao go watch his recent fights. He’s stil got the legs too. He would land a lot of punches on golovkin he’s a lot better than dervychenko and murata who both won rounds off him hell even Steve rolls win rounds off him. Ggg has ducked any credible opposition not named canelo his whole career if anyone thinks that’s gonna change keep dreaming lol

I suspect he won’t take that fight. The fight with Canelo will be more grueling than the first two. I don’t think he fully recovers within 2 months to start another 8 week training campto fight Lara, especially not at 40, years old. This trilogy match may just be his last, win, lose or draw.

I like Canelo, he fight's regularly & yes some are cherrys but that's modern boxing created by all the alphabelts. But does he ever have to take a mandatory?

Lara by easy decision GGG ducked Lara for YEARS. He won’t fight anyone good besides canelo cause that’s the only payday he’ll take an L for. Doubt this fight ever happens same reason he won’t fight andrade or charlo, all easy losses for GGG at this point

Lara's legs aren't as good as they were back when Golovkin ducked him.... he fights more in the pocket now
