Which sort of running? Low-intensity or HIIT? Been hearing for years that interval sprints are the true kings, but would be good to get an expert’s take

I wouldn't waste time swimming. Just run, unless joints are bad and need non weight baring

I don't think usyk needs to run more than 6 miles but interval/wind sprints, and uphill, just challenge the neck out of yourself in those 6 miles

What got me was AJs reaction, when the decision was announced. If there was 10- 20 more secs left he would of been on the floor, Usyk was pouring it on. AJs in n out movement was nill. If he cant get Usyk out of there in 3rds, he's done. Hows AJ going to avoid that jab. Usyk was hitting at will and stepping inside. AJ hit him with a few clean shots dint seem to affect Usyk much at all. Maybe we get a better fight this time but Usyk made most of that opportunity.

I would like to see more head movement, cutting off the ring and use of a strong jab along with combinations from aj .

Oh ar. Wish my knee was good enough for any sprints; would love/hate to get on uphill and wind sprints
