it's like they concede the pac-10 title and rose bowl to sc already.

all they want is a close loss or win against sc.
I never liked how the PAC 10 winner gets to play in the Rose Bowl, assuming they don't get to the NC.

    I like neutral sites better.

If JMM beats Floyd, which I think he will, he would still be number 2 in the world. He'd have to beat Pacquiao to become number 1.

Certainly not. Pacquiao remains a thorn in his side.

it's tradition. big-10 and pac-10 always play the rose bowl.

i feel weird when it's the rose bowl's turn to host the NC.

it feels weird not seeing a pac-10/big-10 matchup at the rose bowl.

i agree ucla and usc gets a huge advantage because of playing in their hometown but it had never been an issue until lately.

usc goes to the rose bowl every damn year unless they're playing for a NC.

I'd probably have the same beef with the Orange Bowl. Luckily the Hurricanes haven't seriously been in the hunt for like 7-8 years.

It depends on how Floyd looks when JJMM beats him. If we see the old Floyd and JMM pulls it off I'd say he's #1 but other than that it's hard to say they would take it away from Pac.
