I am glad that the fight is finally going to happen.
its hard to gage the gap between fighters..

see how gatti fared with mickey ward then see how zab judah did.

and id say mayweather is better than judah.

but then maybe gatti will do something to floyd hes never experienced.
hand out a severe beating he was never ready for.

    well we can dream

Oh yeah, a definate lesson..thats what I meant when I said Floyd was too slick; Gatti would have problems trying to land flush against him! I wish Floyd would fight KT...talk about power! KT would knock him silly given half a chance (in my opinion)

We will see how much Gattis boxing ability has increased. Remeber, he didn't land a flush punch at all on Oscar. by his own admission. Of course Oscar had the size on him. I think Gatti has improved his boxing quite a bit since then, this fight will show how much. Gatti has to be willing to take a few and try to get PBF on the ropes and work the body ala Mickey Ward. If he can do that he may slow Floyd down enough to take away some of that speed and even up the fight a little bit.

          Good fight, good nite.

          I agree with BEEACH.

          Gatti is cursed for cuts.

He's got a good chin with bad skin - Just can't keep his own blood in. His chances of winning are pretty slim. At the end of the fight, it's Mayweather's win.

            nice^^. "Speedkills"
PrettyBoy is known to stand and trade which might be detrimental. He needs to do more like when he fought Corrales than when he fought Emmanuel Burton/Augustus...(who took Ward to the wire-who beat Arturo)

I can't wait for this one.

Gatti is probably my favorite fighter in the world, and I can't stand PBF.

Will Gatti win? Eh, it will be a tough fight for him. This one is either over in the mid-rounds by Gatti KO or PBF pitter-patters to a decision.

I'm tired of Mayweather always taking the easy fights these days... Gatti is the easiest of the light-welterweight champions to de-throne - (Tszyu/Harris/Cotto). He'll avoid Tszyu and the others and move up in weight. I'm not a Mayweather hater... I just wanna see him get knocked out to bring his arrogant ass back down to earth!... LOL!..

Gatti experienced several tough big bouts. But Floyd is a no.1 speed star
in the era.Gatti can land the his punches...anyway I'm looking to see the special fight.

Gatti is a boxer - puncher now, i'm actually really impressed with his jab lately, but it's a mistake for G to think he can ever outbox Floyd. gatti is a good tough fighter, but he just doesn't have the natural talent of pbf ( and keep in mind i'm not a big mayweather fan )....however, that's doesn't mean gatti has no chance of beating floyd, ( i'd say he has a slim chance ), i just don't think arturo can pull it off. gatti has trouble with movers - dlh, pbf ( as we will see ). the one chance arturo has AND ITS PRETTY ****IN SLIM is to impose his strength on pbf the way JL castillo did in his two outings with floyd. i can already hear the nutlickers getting mad at me for this but, THE ONLY MAN TO EVER IMPOSE HIS STRENGTH and DETERMINATION on pbf was jl castillo. no matter what floyd did he couldn't stop castillo from coming after him, i saw their fights as really close, pbf barely pulled those out. that's gatti's only way to win, i just think that gatti's face will be so busted up before he tires floyd out enough to land those big shots. gatti has the power to **** pbf up, he just won't be able to use it

How do you guys feel about PBF's power at this weight. Can he throw a KO punch?
