Chicago, September 6 (AP)-
"take him out feet first, men."
This may be the command at ringside as a result of the order issued by the Illinois State Athletic Commission today requiring promoters to have two stretchers ready to remove knockout victims unable to walk out of the ring.
The usual procedure has been for the handlers to toss the losing fighters over their shoulders and carry them out through the crowd.
The commission has considered this a very ungentlemanly way to treat a boxer after he has been knocked out.
