Probably because lack of budget. FOX is .ore than likely out the door after Spence vs Crawford leaving just Showtimes budget to keep the PBC ship afloat. Ok fight,Mell is atleast a few levels above Tim. I think Tim's chin fails him early against a big puncher like Mell.
