I am waiting of Canelo's rebuttal. Hope he fires back a good one also, or else, psych war will favor GGG.

You have no idea how long I've been waiting for "petty" Golovkin to emerge. I was tired of listening to the humble the guy, I wanted the **** talker all these years. We finally got him.

GGG ridiculously tries to blame his weak opposition in contrast to Canelo's stacked run on Canelo's promoter pulling strings when every fighter at 160 and above is eager for a payday GGG brings but he made no effort to fight any of those champs until recently vs the most inactive weakest link Murata who was elevated from minor belt without fighting. He's a hypocrite who complained about A side fighters not being in a rush to face him when he's never been in a rush on his end when he's had leverage, and content to stay complacent fighting stiffs.

And if GGG was so eager for a rematch why not rematch Derevyachenko who many had winning? But nope again, GGG is the hypocrite who doesn't give rematches when he's the A side with his team even declining rematch offers as the B side off the loss.

Also, he takes a dig at Canelo even though everything about his situation pointed to contamination including the negative follicle test. It wouldn't even be a violation today and Abel himself said he viewed him as vindicated. Meanwhile GGG on his end lost high ground on the issue by going out of his way to team with the biggest criminal PED dealers in sports Victor Conte and sidekick Remi Korchemny.

You're taking it out of context. Banks' comment is based on the fact that Canelo broke contract with the DAZN, forcing Golovkin to have to secure other fights. Then Canelo said something to the effect that he could fight Golovkin, but Golovkin was already set to fight someone else at that time. That was the real issue as well as Golovkin not "jumping" when Canelo says "jump."

But the bigger issue is that Golovkin was already contracted to fight someone else at that point. Canelo already declined to fight Golovkin, even breaking contract with DAZN and Golden Boy.

You need to get your facts straight.

              Round 1 goes to ggg.

But let's be serious, ggg looks the part still but against Murata he looked like he was moving whilst wearing a parachute & punching under water.

Don't get me wrong, ggg won hat first fight & i hate that Canelo alway's has 4 rds prefilled on all the cards.

I'll catch the highlights on youtube, I'm not into elderly abuse boxing on every rematchroom card.

How many times champion, how many defenses, how long was he a reigning champion, how many mandatory defenses, how many fights were denied to him by hall of famera, and he arguably beat the best fighter (albeit with an asterisk best in the world at the time) twice in the eyes of those who will vote him into the hall of fame. I think some of you keyboard angry punchers need to look up the definition of legacy and watch pbs kids hour to learn basic punctuation.

Lmfao! Bivol beat him like a step son. Hell you talking about? Bivols red shoulder? Funny, Bivol was back in the gym the Wednesday after the fight. Canelo wasn’t.

All Comments Threads where a fighter was interviewed should be presented like this, Q & A. A lot of posters become very confused when you do not spell it out for them that a fighter is being interviewed. No deductive reasoning.

Thank you for presenting the interview like this.
