GGG ridiculously tries to blame his weak opposition in contrast to Canelo's stacked run on Canelo's promoter pulling strings when every fighter at 160 and above is eager for a payday GGG brings but he made no effort to fight any of those champs until recently vs the most inactive weakest link Murata who was elevated from minor belt without fighting. He's a hypocrite who complained about A side fighters not being in a rush to face him when he's never been in a rush on his end when he's had leverage, and content to stay complacent fighting stiffs.

And if GGG was so eager for a rematch why not rematch Derevyachenko who many had winning? But nope again, GGG is the hypocrite who doesn't give rematches when he's the A side with his team even declining rematch offers as the B side off the loss.

Also, he takes a dig at Canelo even though everything about his situation pointed to contamination including the negative follicle test. It wouldn't even be a violation today and Abel himself said he viewed him as vindicated. Meanwhile GGG on his end lost high ground on the issue by going out of his way to team with the biggest criminal PED dealers in sports Victor Conte and sidekick Remi Korchemny.

Canelo dropped the belt when the fight mattered the most and GGG was the closest to his prime (albeit still slightly beyond it)

Made up the BS 155 division.

and that can never be forgotten.

    GGG won the first fight

    Canelo won the second fight

canelo a clear favourite for the third. But only due to the obvious faded GGG

but nonethelesss, he swerved that fight when it mattered the most and was his biggest challenge

This is what Canelo means by GGG not saying stuff to his face, taking shots when he’s not around

It reminds me of GGG and Sanchez going around yelling “Big drama show, Mexican style, Going for the KO!”…come fight night, he goes 24 rounds, no knock downs, and mostly throws jabs due to be scared of opening up and getting caught.

GGG has fought Canelo the same way he talks about him/to him.

...prediction: Canelo replicates the Saunders performance and smashes bones somewhere on G, who retires immediately after the fight (assuming he's conscious).

That is honestly some world class trolling right there. I wonder if GGG got some expert trolling advice from Tyson Fury. And to say it with such calm finesse and his ever-present smile! Well done, GGG, well done.

yet you ignore this part of the article in your link.
@When we went to Canelo and said, ‘We’re ready,’ he said, ‘No, I don’t want to fight,’ and he disappeared and went and did whatever he wanted to do and refused to fight,” notes Banks, in a simplistic viewpoint given Alvarez’s level of opposition compared to Golovkin’s since their rematch. “Now he’s saying, ‘OK, I’m ready. After this, let’s do it.’

Of the two, dating back to 2016, the most blatant avoidance has come from Canelo and it’s not even close. The only accurate point you’ve made is ggg should’ve rematches Derveyenchenko because he has a stronger argument for beating ggg than Canelo ever has. Same way Canelo should’ve rematched Lara and not taken his shady win vs ggg and ran while pretending he won convincingly. Also, it’s pathetic to try and justify a proven cheater. Just try being an actual boxing fan and not be so hypocritical.
