Who will be new heavyweight champions in 2023?

I believe Usyk beats Joshua in a rematch. I also believe Fury comes back than for full unification fight.

Fury or Usyk, whoever wins, walks away, I believe. Loser walks away also.

Fury could drop some belts and fight Joshua still, but Fury doesn`t need to fight Joshua coming from 2 back to back losses.

So, I believe Hrgovic will win vacant IBF belt.

Joyce will win vacant WBO belt.

Dubois will probably have to fight Hughie - Hunter winner for WBA belt.

If Fury vacates WBC...well, I believe we could see Wilder -Ruiz or Wilder -Sanchez for that title.

It is a speculation. But I don`t see unified champ fighting all these mandatories.

Why do you believe Usyk will retire too?

A whole lot of “if’s” there man. It’s very difficult to predict.

I’d probably predict Usyk still holds the WBA, IBF and WBO and Fury still holds the WBC.

Assuming Usyk beats AJ I don’t see the Fury-Usyk fight happening, I don’t think Fury particularly fancies the Usyk fight. I’d confidently pick Fury to beat him but Fury always seems to talk that fight down.

If AJ gets lucky in the rematch I think we’ll get Fury vs Joshua next year and Fury will become undisputed champ.

He is 34, the speed is his main advantage. When he slows down, he will be an easy target for these much stronger guys. he will not have a long career at hw.
