If Joshua were to win Fury will fight again. If Usyk wins I believe Fury stays retired, having only faced 2 top level opponents in his entire career.Last edited by ChamberOfTruth; 07-03-2022, 06:56 AM.Comment

Dillian Whyte who AJ already stopped? he was KO'd dead by Povetkin not that long ago, another fighter AJ stopped.
So Fury's legendary run that has made him the man consists of 3 wins against........Deontay Wilder, Deontay Wilder and....you ready for this?
Deontay Wilder
I do think Fury would beat AJ and Usyk but he hasn't actually done it, he's just gone life and death with Wilder 2 out of 3 times, getting knocked down repeatedly in the process, and KOd the guy he was supposed to KO, Whyte.Comment

Aj is right, he can’t learn anything from Fury because having a chin and heart to overcome adversity and not quit isn’t a teachable skill.Comment

Does anyone remember when Fury offered to spar with AJ? and AJ accepted and said "as long as there is a camera filming it". And Fury went silent. Fury is just playing around. Why would he spar with AJ when he couldn't even get in the ring with him for a real boxing match for a ton of money? The right thing to do is to just ignore everything Fury says.Comment

...
this is history will remember about this heavyweight era....
there were 3 top heavyweights.... two of them fought each other, and the other one did not fight either of the top heavyweights
and the guy who did not fight either of the other two.... lost to two guys that he was heavily favored to beat
Fury will be remembered as the best
Wilder will be remembered for his two fights with Fury, and for being a murderous puncher
why will AJ be remembered ?

Oh Jesus another alt account. Which alt account are you? I know you’re upset that Fury is tops in the division and the best by far in the division but at least have the cajones to defend your crush under your true account.Comment

Joshua's ability to learn is one of his greatest attributes.
His achievements so far in his career, are not normal for? A fighter who took up the sport late.
His near psychopathic work ethic, and attention to detail is what may bridge the gap to Tyson Fury.
If Joshua's attitude and mind was projected into Tyson Fury. It would be like that movie limitless.
Fury would be weighing in at close to 250 pounds, and practicing chaos theory.
People underrate this aspect of Joshua's game, none of this is normal.
His is not as naturally gifted as Fury, and has not had the years, and 1000's upon 1000's of hours of training compared to some other fighters etc.
He looks Ill-suited to some of the new facets to his game that he has tried to apply. Most prominently for me are the Mayweather-esque shoulder defence, and tying up his opponent.
You’re right: he’s done extremely well for being a late starter. Really, AJ should stick to what’s made him successful, IMOComment

I’d be more interested in Fury being the head coach for Wilder. Kind of like how Mikey Ward trained Arturro Gatti at the end.
If Fury became head trainer for Wilder and Wilder reclaimed a belt, it would probably bring a tear to my eye. Would be beautiful.Comment
