  • Comments Thread For: Usyk: I Watched Joshua Fight Many Times To Identify Mistakes and Not Make Them Again

All the talk from Anthony Joshua about the changes he has made ahead of his rematch with Oleksandr Usyk are seemingly of no interest to the Ukrainian, As they head to Saudi Arabia next month, Usyk is only thinking about himself.

Nice to see some class and positivity around here. Some weirdos just can't bring themselves to enjoy a high-level HW title fight – instead they revert to the level of children by using words like "bum" and "bitch" to describe legit world champions and gold medallists. I can't imagine what goes on in their heads. Social media generation I guess. At least the ignore function works, but could be better (another forum designed their ignores so that even quoted posts aren't shown).

Well said. I never disparage any fighter as in the end takes a lot of guts to put it on the line. Even people throwing words around like 'glass chin' like it means anything. The best fights are when you have different vulnerabilities matched against each other. Also honestly even boxers who don't have a granite chin / endurance - I respect hugely as going in there knowing you can be knocked out at any moment - means you got to have a lot of heart as you're playing with fire. The uncertainty is the enjoyment in fight sports - and many of the fanboys spoil it with nonsensical narratives that one fighter is unbeatable and flawless and therefore others are rubbish.

I think boxing has a lot to learn from MMA in the mindset arena - you see fighters who lost multiple times go on to lead the division for years. In boxing - you lose once and you're finished.

Halfwits had ought to wake up to the fact that Joshua is a true scrub who loses every other fight. He stinks.

So true welcome to the BS forum it's loser central around here, keyboard warriors in fantasy land. As soon as someone mentions 'bum' or 'can' to describe a fighter you know they are just a nerd hiding behind a keyboard. Don't bother engaging with them just read laugh and move on.
