Floyd explained why just a few days ago, remember?

In an otherwise calm meeting with reporters on Tuesday, including ESPN.com's Kieran Mulvaney, Floyd Mayweather calmly and matter-of-factly lashed out at what he thinks is unfair treatment from the media and the public, in part because of his race.

"If you're rich, you're a rich n-----," he said. "If you're poor, you're a poor n----. If you're smart, you're a smart n-----. At the end of the day, they still look at me as a n-----."

"This country needs to be more positive," he said. "We're already at war. We're in a recession, we're at war and we continue to be negative. The fans in the UK showed me more love than in my own country. That's crazy ... Sometimes I'll sit back, I'll be in my theater sometimes, and I'll think: 'Imagine if I was the same fighter that I am, and I was the same person that I am, and I was from another country. Can you just imagine how big I'd be?'

"But I wouldn't change my life for nothing in the world. There's nothing like being young, black and rich. But there are certain things you think about. If Floyd Mayweather was white, I'd be the biggest athlete in America. The biggest, the biggest. I know that for a fact."
The haters are just doing what they've always done, for the same reasons why they've always done it. They're so predictable.

Haters are really your biggest fans.

            1. They will buy the fight tonight and any other Mayweather fight
            2. If they see Floyd in the street they will beg for an Autograph
            3. They will be for a photo

Im sick of this poor me attitude from floyd and his fans, he brings it onto himself with his attitude and choice of opponents. If floyd had cleaned out the WW division like a real champ he would be where he wants to be. I could easily live with floyd and his talk if he had walked the walk too. That would be no problem, but all he does is put down great potential opponents like cotto and mosley and tell us how great he is. We know he is great but he hasnt got into the ring with someone who has a real chance to beat him since 2003 or so. Come on floyd show us you are really the best and fight and beat dawson at 147 or 154, if you wont do any of the above then shutup please, and that goes to his lap dogs 2.

Actually, if you look at all the threads posted since Fraud Jr. announced his return to boxing, you’ll noticed that he's the least talk about boxer on this forum. He’s getting attention right now not because of his status in the sport of boxing but he’s just riding along the bandwagon of Marquez’ popularity.
