Trout is a fighter that is tough to beat. His biggest downfall is that he doesn't have a lot of power.

      Trout is still lingering around
Isn’t it time to retire when you start fighting 8 rounders

If Austin Trout wins, he should face the winner between Jose Benavidez Jr vs Danny Garcia. I cannot see these fighters competing at the top level, but I do think they can still give entertaining fights.

With Garcia being undersized at welterweight, Benavidez Jr coming back from a controversial draw against an unknown fighter and Trout being at the end of his career after he was passed around like a sex toy by PBC I have my doubts.

More than likely since all the belts are tied up and have to satisfy the mandatories.
