Would love that fight. I'm an advocate for the belts, but definitely not needed for that fight. And of course I'd be rooting for my guy. Don't see it happening though. Shame. It's a stadium fight in Scotland.

Exactly, or London. Davis fought there before as well. Will be more interest in the UK than in the US. Great money fight for both fighters. I'd rather see Davis take these kinda random, money fights from 130 to 140, than be ranked and fight for those garbage belts.

I wouldn't mind seeing Davis-Taylor in the UK next, for the sheer brutality of it. This is a good fight for Davis, stylistically speaking. No belts.

Well....There was also a key piece of info left out by Bob. The WBC refused to back the fight, and Taylor can't fight in the US due to his ties with MTK.

That fight would have landed in the UK on sky lol.
