Exactly, I give him credit for his days at 140. His run at 147 is lackluster, he fought top names but he lost those fights. He was handed a belt vs Guerrero who had no business fighting for a belt. Look for the WBA (Haymon's people) to bend over backwards to get a belt around his waist. However meaningless that belt may be, he can still call himself a champ. The Showtime sell outs will run with it like they do with Porky Davis and his fake belts.

Danny doesnt let his hands go and holds too much on the inside to be anywhere near a “legend”.

At 154 he has no excuse that he cut so much weight that he is weakened. He better throw more punches or he will be done because he has been figured out.

He had a good career but not legendary. Let's fix this though Danny is the one that derailed Matthysse when he was " The Monster" at 140 and everyone picked him to beat Danny. To me that fight was more impressive than his khan win even though his Khan victory is what made a SUPERSTAR

Garcia is better than he is getting a credit for. he actually beat all relevant guys at 140 at some point. Crawford than won the belts Garcia vacated.

Benevidez, who is not a real 154 pounder, looked like absolute shiat in his last outing. Thus, this fight from this "legend"...

I like the attitude and the ambition.

Garcia is a solid enough fighter, he has had a great career.

No doubt about it, Danny Garcia is the greatest fighter who has ever lived. Nash out.

No risk, no reward. That’s been me my whole career. We always want to do bigger and better things. That’s why we’re doing this. Not because we have to, because we want to. It’s a big difference.
We, we, we =---> my guy, lol.

Let's be honest though, Danny is moving up because he has to. He's been run out of 147 and can't beat the big names there and that's a fact.

Garcia is no Cotto skill wise, Cotto could brawl but he could box too. Look at his days in the amateurs and Cotto could box and he did use those skills when he needed them in the pro's. Garcia is going to get blistered at the bigger weights. Not sure Benavidez is the man to do it considering he's just moved out of 47 himself, but don't be surprised to see another loss for Danny Boy.
