And btw, I’m not hating on the little guys, I feel the exact same way about the heavyweights (at 200 plus the elite athletes from a young age go into other sports).

This is going to controversial, but we definitely recognize this reality by mostly excluding heavyweights from p4p lists, I don’t see why we don’t recognize it with extremely extremely small weight classes. For a long time, Chocolatito was the consensus #1 and I’m sorry, but “no” IMO.
When you have a smaller talent pool you get more clarity on who is truly the best : you are more likely to fight who you are supposed to fight a lot more frequently, because the options are minimal.

In contrast, at middleweight for example : you got around 1500 contenders that Gennady Golovkin had around 20 years to forge a respectable career, and we have yet to see any greats in his resume ; absolutely rubbish selection of competition in that deep pool of bums.

You know, I might go take a great risk with the sportsbook and bet that Naoya knocks-out another Englishman in the first round. petero , suck my balls.
That fight is always ****ing hilarious. I think McDonell was like 140 lbs or something.

Inoue vs Butler for undisputed. Inoue moves up to Super Bantam and takes on Akhmadaliev. This will allow Inoue to be in position to fight Fulton to become the unified undisputed champion.

I’ve watched his fights on YouTube, beautiful combinations and pinpoint accuracy and man this lad has quick hands. Hope to see him much more on Top Rank and PBC promotions

In reality the only thing you actually achieve is to be the best in your division, This p4p made up nonsense is getting out of control.

Best way is not to think about it ever and just let it flow. He'll know when it happens, you can't miss and your body reacts so quickly that it feels like you move faster than your brain. This guy is really really good. Punch selection, movement, positioning, accuracy, speed, timing plus he knows and understands his core style and instincts. He really works on his craft like, Crawford, Canelo, Loma, Haney..

This is how I see it happening for Inoue.
Inoue beats both MJ and Fulton IMO.

Outta control? Probably. But, it's an important way to recognize the absolute best of the best across all of boxing, regardless of weight class, at whatever point in time. These guys in the consensus top 5 or 10 like Inoue deserve as much appreciation as they can get. Pound for pound is a good way to show appreciation.

I think calling someone the best in their division is giving them appreciation and recognition but i just need to stay out of the p4p threads lol.
