Yes I believe wholeheartedly that if you haven't failed a test you are clean. We should all give everyone the complete benefit of the doubt until proven truly guilty. Everyone deserves this right as human beings. Even those who test positive you can argue it was just contamination until further investigation proves otherwise. We should live with love and trust for our fellow man and not fear and anxiety. Society would be much better for it. This is just my opinion. Take care
Do you think most top professional boxers today in the sport are clean, or do they use some sort of PED?
What y'all think, on a realistic point of view?
Paulie Malignaggi said it best and I paraphrase:
Boxing isn't about what's fair/not fair or legal/not legal, it's about what you can get away with and whether you get caught doing something.
People calling out IVs but completely ignoring shots that completely make you numb to pain so you can walk through punches from notable destroyers like Margacheato...are showing their bias.
Ultimately...if you get caught, you get caught. If you don't, it is what it is.
Do I think someone like Joshua is juicing? Absolutely, his muscle development isn't natural especially around his quads.
Do I think someone like Wilder is juicing? Possibly, but it's more that he benches like a convict.
Do I think someone like Bam Rodriguez is juicing? Maybe, but time will tell.
I'll say this: the ability of fighters to appear superhuman in the ring is long gone compared to the days when there was no random testing. Go back and watch Julian Jackson vs. Mike McCallum, or early day Leonard vs. Hearns. None of the modern fighters have anywhere near the level of energy or punch resistance that we used to see. I believe there's a reason for that.
