You are lost when you can't differentiate between crossing and immigrating. The numbers I provided are for crossings not coming to live just to come and shop or work. If it's so hard why are they "crossing" in much higher numbers.

Red - Crossing or entering drop the total attempts including those who got denied for either one. If you dont have that how can we calculate who has the better allowed-in rate? Mexicans are more desperate to enter a developed nation. Canada is already a developed nations so they are not as desperate to visit as Mexicans who are from a developing nation. So we need to calculate allowed-in rate to see who has the better rate of allowance. Why are you so lost on this points? This is simple percentage. Why are you still struggling?
