He’s on the cusp of being top 10 P4P.

His performances against Rungvasai and Cuadras are excellent and with a Chocolatito or Estrada win, he can’t be denied. Reminds me of how Donaire burst on the scene. I don’t mind anyone putting him up there prematurely either (without the resume), he’s a top talent for sure.

Respect to him for wanting to move back to 112 to give his brother a chance to have success at 115 despite his own success.

Rodriguez seems to have a good head on his shoulders, and a team that keeps him grounded. Before Teofimo even fought Lomachenko, he was showing signs of instability.

If he ushers one more of this eras aging 4 kings out of the top rankings he definitively should be a lock for fighter of the year. Good call on that, I’m assuming that fighter of the year will probably go to a higher profile boxer though

Jesse's got the goods. He impressed me tonight. He's calm, calculated, and very mature for his age. He's skilled man and he's only 22 years old. The sky's the limit for him. Sor Rungvisai might be an older fighter but he's coming off 3 victories and is a solid name on Jesse's resume. He was more experienced but Jesse did his thing. I'm excited for his future.

This was a great performance. I still have Jermell Charlos performance against Castano at the top.

But this kid got the juice right now!
