The Presser was like this fight...it is just "Whatever" for me honestly. Years too late for this Trilogy and GGG haven't been looking all that great since their last fight, haven't been very active either

And? Quite possibly he was to him. You unremitingly nice to everyone you meet every minute of the day? There's always someone thinks everyone's a cunt. Some misguided idiots even think I'm a cunt, though of course their opinion doesn't matter. I've read the same stories you have, man, but I've also seen overwhelmingly more from fighters who have trained worked and sparred with him saying that he's a genuine enthusiast who they really enjoyed working with.Comment

I think Canelo has heard more than he wants about his clenbuterol. GGG thinks Alvarez has been a drug cheat for a long time and has said so publicly and frequently. Now Canelo is all irritable and cross about that. Sorry, but if you get popped for it and it's confirmed, it's like a biggo ink stain on your nice white shirt. That ain't ever going to wash out. And even if Canelo beats him fair and square this time, it'll be the first time he's done it... to an opponent who's over 40.
Still, you have to say GGG is the underdog. The Bivol rout was the first time anybody ever beat the Bank of Canelo (which was founded after the Mayweather loss), and since they're going back to Las Vegas, I'd say GGG needs a knockout to win. On the other hand, Bivol showed how to beat him -- super high energy, in and out a lot, huge amounts of sideways motion, and every once in a while, throw a hard combination. Nobody knows if GGG has the cardio at age 40 to do what Bivol did, but if he does, we could see an upset. It won't be a boring bout. These two are never dull when they clash.Last edited by Bro. You guys have been saying this before every Canelo fight for 10 years and the only guys he's put down have been 2 domestic level guys in Fielding and Liam Smith. He's not the devastating body puncher you think he is. He's good but he should be at least putting more people down, so I don't see him suddenly stopping Golovkin that way.Comment
