Does Goosen still train Lipinets? I believe he should be fighting soon as well. He's getting a big stable now and I wonder if similar issues will arise with fighters complaining about the lack of time he is giving them? Kind of like with Reynoso?

Either way, he's a good trainer and has been at this for decades. Sanchez needs a top 5-7 guy next.

I got the impression that Reynoso is full of himself and doesn't know how to manage his time with his stable of fighters.

Some trainers get the mentality that they can turn Any fighter into a Champion. When in reality they have One or a few Special talents that would excel with almost any Elite trainer they would work with.
Might be the case here.

Does Ricky Funez still train fighters? Or just owns the gym now? Goossen sold it to him 6 years ago, ricky kept the name ten goose.

Joe can give input but even his butt to dammm old to work pads for these guys, plus in the ring he would get tired of demonstrating with a younger fighter so these guys that left Reynoso didn’t do themselves any better by hooking up with an old trainer in my opinion. I always look at a trainer that created a fighter 1st from amateur to professional and then I look at the success track record, not a trainer who’s reputation surpasses his accomplishments; that’s all I’m saying.

I just hope Goosen keeps his stable where it is! Don't go further! Plus, what happens when all these HWs need to fight each other? Ronnie Shields had too many 154-160 fighters! I wanted to see Charlo vs. Morrell Jr.! Now we will never get it!

Joe is giving Ryan priority over anyone he's made no secret of that so other fghters should be aware of that.
