Real talk. Regardless of Fury being bigger, Beterbiev’s power could trouble him

Fury is too long and Wilder had to drop nukes on him to rattle his cage. Beterbiev has power, but lets be realistic here.

No, the size difference is too much. Unless you expect Fury to close his eyes, put his hands behind his back and ask Beterbiev to chin him, I would not expect Beterbiev's power to "trouble" Fury.

lets not go down the canelo alvarez route where someone beats up a fringe level fighter and suddenly becomes superman and beats every other fighter in history like im seeing in other threads today

This goes back over a hundred years. Dempsey brutalized Willard though the size difference wasn't as severe. Beterbiev is probably reaching 200 pounds on fight night. Any puncher that size would hurt any human. Thing is, Beterbiev wouldn't lay a glove on Fury so it's a pointless question.

No because he wouldn’t be able to land with any consistency.

Im not one for being a **** on forums but people like OP ask the ******est questions. Whats next? Would Tank’s power trouble Beterbiev? Would Spence’s power trouble Wilder? Would Monster Inoue’s power trouble Golovkin. Jesus Christ you guys are ******ed with some of the questions

Beterbiev definitely isn't rehydrating 25 lbs overnight.

Maybe if he wasn't almost 40? Vitali was a big hitter. Hit him with a few solid shots, he endured. People are naive thinking Beterbiev will go up to heavy. I'm a fan of small heavys but he is just too old
