Comments Thread For: Arum Is 'Optimistic' Fury Fights Winner of Joshua-Usyk, Francis Ngannou

Promoter Bob Arum is apparently taking everything Tyson Fury tells the media lately with a grain of salt. The head of Top Rank Inc. believes his star heavyweight charge will partake in some of the biggest fights that remain on the horizon of his career, despite Fury's repeated claims that he is not looking to pursue boxing on the professional level any longer.

There’s no way Fury agrees to an all MMA bout with Ngannou so it’s another Fury pointless fight watching him beat a non boxer in rules that favor him .

Team Fury had no problem making the initial deal they agreed to in the first place to fight A.J, do these guys ever stop lying the entire lot of them ?

Nobody want to see Fury fighting Ngannou. He has to fight for undisputed. That's the biggest payday

I have no interest in Fury fighting a MMA guy. Usyk/Joshua winner and then maybe a couple of the young lions coming up. Then retire with a lasting legacy.

I'm sure tyson will come out of retirement to fight usyk/joshua. His whole career has led up to this. Plus even furys friends parker thinks fury should fight usyk\josh, so I'm sure this has influence on fury.
But of course fury can do what He wants and people can want what they want.

You gotta love Arum man...never mind the old man already sold his soul long ago for money. Equally funny is the fact that like most he can't take Fury serious either with his retirement claims. He didn't say dollars ---500 million peso maybe..Arum is a legit clown.

How exactly are they lying? Fury was on camera with Ngannou when he unequivocally stated he wanted to fight him. Under boxing rules of course. Ngannou would destroy Fury under MMA rules just like McGregor would destroy Floyd under MMA rules. Ngannou is on board so how is that a lie?

Two, Fury did want to fight AJ - the fight was negotiated and even signed but Wilder exercised his rematch clause and legally stopped that fight from happening.
So what “lies” are you on about?
