He never intended to make the AGREED upon weight. His word is ****, don't try to defend him. The agreed upon and advertised weight was 144 pounds. That was a selling point in the fight. If the fight was sold as a WELTERWEIGHT fight, less fans would be interested because of the huge disadvantage for Marquez. Yet Fraud sells it as a catchweight fight and still comes in as a full Welter (yeah yeah, one pound less). He's a disgrace and he'll get what he has coming to him tomorrow night homie.

I think Marquez will teach Floyd that a fighter cannot walk away for two years and come back to fight the #2 P4P fighter in the sport (regardless of the size advantage). Marquez will win a 12 round decision, schooling Floyd in the process. And Juan doesn't need to make a statement for the Manny fight, he deserves a third fight regardless.

I've cooled down Street Bully. I understand that Mayweather coming in 2 lbs over was wrong but Marquez made 600K in the process and to Mayweather's defense, he never said he was gonna make 144. Everytime someone asked him, he said "This is a WW fight!", that doesn't answer anything. I'm not happy about it either but it isn't such a big deal. Mayweather's lose, Marquez most be enjoying himself right now. If Marquez doesn't have a problem with it, why should anyone else? When it is Marquez who should feel victimized. Marquez made the agreement. Lets atleast be happy that Marquez is comfortable at 142, that was his goal. He looked in great shape and two of the most skilled fighters are about to go at it.

remember JMM will need alot of schooling if he's gonna win on points
matter of fact he needs a TKO to make it heard world wide..louder than it is now..

if he beats floyd and pacman win...pacman will have no choice but to fight JMM again..

One source says the weight was a catchweight of 144...

Another says there was a limit of 147 pounds...meaning Floyd could weigh 147 and below...

So idk if any of us know what the weight on the contract said...

I hope so. With the weight situation, I just want Marquez to win so bad to prove to all the doubters just how great he is.
