      The Russian-born, Montreal-based Beterbiev (17-0, 17 KOs) stepped on the New York State Athletic Commission’s scale at exactly 175 pounds, the limit for the light heavyweight division. Smith (28-3, 22 KOs), of Mastic, New York, officially weighed 174.6 pounds.
