Take Spence's nut out your mouth. He's said for years now, once he gets all the PBC belts, he's going after Crawford's. He followed that up by calling out Crawford after the Ugas fight. Now he's going to drop his belts, move up to 154 belt less, and do what? To avoid Crawford?

You numbskulls don't believe half of the $#!t you post. FOH

Fresh off a car accident, and before even fighting Ugas, Spence said his career is almost done due to the car accident. Crawford jumped on that chance immediately. He is right, it is the best time.

I don't think there is any BS in either Spence or Crawford, I think the promotional sides of both guys is the reason the fight has come to where it is, I don't think there is any duck in either of these 2 they are both real deals.

Crawford's OWN promoter said that Crawford never asked for a fight with Spence:

His OWN promoter said that Crawford "doesn't have a lot of drawing power":

            boxing-lawsuit-01.jpg?quality=75&strip=all.jpg

‘He’s got to promote like [Teofimo] Lopez does. He’s got to promote like Shakur [Stevenson] does. Like [Floyd] Mayweather did. Like [Manny] Pacquiao did. If he doesn’t, then who the f**k needs him? He may be the greatest fighter in the world, but, hey, I ain’t going bankrupt promoting him,’ Arum told The Athletic.

‘The question is, “Do we want to keep him?” I could build a house in Beverly Hills on the money I’ve lost on him in the last three fights, a beautiful home. Nobody questions Crawford’s innate, tremendous ability.

‘The question is, “Does he pay the bills?” Look, you can have the greatest opera singer in the world. If the fans don’t support it, you’re out of business.’

“Don’t call a man a racist when really this is because of your own failures,” Arum, who claims he lost $20m on Crawford, told The Post. “His marketability didn’t measure up to this ability and that has absolutely nothing to do with what race he is…The outstanding fact is that Terence’s numbers on PPV have always been dreadful because of his failure to market himself.”

That's his OWN PROMOTER saying this.

So...yes, Crawford needs to accept his B-Side, because he has no leverage thanks to Arum.

I see this fight getting over the hump and being made. It is by far the biggest fight for either one. I think the purse split will come somewhere in the 55/45 range and that Bud will accept that since Spence holds three of the belts. If this fight is promoted well,it should generate between 40-60 mil. That's too much $$ for these two fighters and PBC to walk away from. That being said, one snafu that could come into play would be the options on Crawford PBC will require in order to get the fight made. You can believe PBC will want Crawford to keep those belts in house should he win. I see that as more of an inhibitor than the purse split.

Of course the fight gets made.

Spence's side said Top Rank prevented it from happening so Crawford removed them from the conversation.

So that removes negotiations about the tv network splitting the pot for the fight, Top Rank getting max money for their own %, their fees..

It has removed millions and millions in expenses from the table just to make it happen. Even if Crawford accepted 35%, that's a flush 35% without any of the promoter fees coming out.

Whether Top Rank actually deserve a cut after getting him to this point in his career is another story...

If Spence wanted this fight, it would have been done long ago. And yes that's what he wanted to do, move to 154 and fight Canelo. Even said he'd go to 160. Oh and I guess both Garcias had belts too... Move out of your mom's basement and get a job instead of saying ****** things on the internet. But noooo you prefer wanking while looking at Spence nudes..

I wonder why ESJs handlers don't think he's ready. Bud got a 100% KO rating at 47 but Spence is talented. Put him in with bud rather than risking an L to a lesser fighter. There's still appeal losing to a guy that unified 2 consecutive divisions establishing himself the top guy in each. Swerving isn't a good look. Bidness doe huh
