It's a good shout and I see bit's of Smith in Callum Johnson who, I know ended up flattened against Beterbiev; but gave him a few things to think about. My only worry for JSJ is that the Russian isn't going to have to go looking for him for too long. He's big and square and hands can only cover so much.

Great fight really excited and I don't think either guy loses stock in defeat here.

I dont like how the article says we already know who is better between Smith Jr and Bivol. I understand why it was said considering the outcome of their fight but it is possible Average Joe has gotten better and could win a rematch.

My point being is there are several cases where the better fighter gets beat and then the cases where they get beat again. I like the fact 175 is nearing a undisputed fight but there are situations where just because your lineal or even undisputed the best of class just hasn't had his shot yet. Just my 2 cents.

This fight is a mismatch. Don't fool yourself thinking it will be a competitive one. But for sure, it will be fun to watch from start to end. The Chechen destroys Smith Jr. It might resemble GGG-Lemieux if Artur chooses to play it safe in the beginning and smashing Joe in rounds 7-10 or might be a short war full of action (4-6 rounds). It all depends on Beterbiev, he is the better boxer of the two.

Good point on the "who is the better fighter" or who will win however the writer phrased it. A lot of things can happen in the ring on fight night, sometimes a guy has another fighters number and never looses to him, sometimes a fighter rises up to the challenge .......I could go on but..... writer is leaning towards Beter a whole lot see what he has to say come next week.

exactly. Smith has long arms and punchjes really hard. Bivol is technical and long .

I'm giving Joe Smith Jr a reasonable chance here. Beterbiev is there to be hit and he isnt getting any younger

I gotta be honest. I thought Mike Lee was better than Joe Smith Jr up until a few months ago.

                  King Artur prevails
Smith will not be the obstacle
Beterbiev will box and touch Joe to the body
By touch I mean very hard shots to the body which will have Smith ready to go by the 6/7th round
                  Bivol is next
