All depends on how much Loma may or may not have declined. I can see Haney beating Tank and Garcia. Not sure about Loma at the moment. The more compelling fight would be if Shakur moves up to 135.

      I respectfully disagree with Tim.
To me, Haney is a fantastic fighter, absolutely in the 135-pound elite. But, in my mind he is not yet where Loma is. Loma is still Loma. Probably a fighter a bit past his prime, perhaps a bit on his way down. But still way up there, a level where Haney is not. (my humble opinion)
Haney better than Ryan? Oh yes, hands down. yes 100%.
Haney better than Tank? Oh, we not sure on that one. To me, they are 50-50, with Tank perhaps having the edge because of his power, as we say in his demolition work of Santa Cruz and Rolly. But Haney is superior to both those two Latino warriors. This means that Haney vs Tank would be perhaps the most competitive clash in the weight-class of the legendary Hands of Stone Roberto Duran, the undisputed thrilling champion in the 1970's.
I'd love to see Haney vs Tank. Would that one undisputed 135-lbs clash ever transpire, hopefully in this 2022? I'd be awesome. But unlikely. Floyd would not want it. We all know Floyd loves to play safe where he could have the advantage. Therefore, pitting Tank against Haney is jeopardizing the throne of his promotion company's biggest PPV star. Would he do that? We all know the answer to that.
No Tim Bradley. Its not that clear that Haney is better than Tank and Loma. But yes, Haney is way better than the GBP fighter Kingry, a kid with certain talent and lots of followers and fans. But a fighter without the discipline, maturity and skills of the real lions in the lightweight division. (my humble opinion)

Can't ask anything else of a fighter.
Haney been had the real WBC belt franchise is a special designation not a real title but anything to try to throw smut on him.

He was handed a belt, which he finally earned. WBC Pres said it, not me take it up with him. I gave him his credit when he actually won the belt in a fight vs the actual champ. Not into these belts being handed out and not earned. That may be fine to the participation trophy generation.

He’s on the slide regardless and I say that as a fan. I wouldn’t hesitate to take Devin over Garcia until Ryan actually fights and shows us something. I was big on his potential but he’s absolutely wasted it so far. Tank is an interesting one. Who is the best jab Tank has faced? I can’t recall how he’s dealt with strong, quick jabs. But I also feel like he’s got more gears than he’s shown and has rarely had to step out of his comfort zone to win. I think Tanks biggest issue is needing strong opponents regularly so he doesn’t regress.
When he fought Linares and Lopez, his right arm was injured. Despite that, he still KO'd Linares and even though the judges gave Lopez the nod, he kicked the crap out of Lopez. During those rounds he won, he whooped Teofimo. The rounds Teofimo won he won on activity and nothing more.

Let's see how he looks when he comes back. I think he'll be highly motived to beat Haney. Those are the fights you can get up for and train like there's no tomorrow.

              He's right

              Everybody forgets Tank's a midget. Dude's like 5'4"

Haney's a legit 5'9" and his jab and defense will not let Tank get in on him.

Lomachenko should've gotten at Haney a year or 2 ago, but it's too late, now. He's 34 years old and has been inactive due to being at war.

              Garcia just isn't legit, yet.

I don't see nobody beating Haney in the near future

135 is his if he wants it.

Haney vs Davis is the most interesting matchup among the list of possible fights. Can't wait to see it made.
