Pacquiao would have never beaten Floyd.

Thats not always the case. Anybody whose been around knows Floyd's "offers" were nothing but surface fluff to make it seem like you want the fight. Stuff that they knew Manny would turn down. Manny agreed to Floyd's ridculous testing demands and every other roadblock Floyd threw up and Floyd was still scared.

All for those guys to say, hey, we tried to make a fight with him but he turned it down. The old bait and switch tactic to look good in the media we know Floyd is attention whore #1. The truth is Floyd was scared Manny's risk value was too high they didn't want the fight at that time thats why they allowed Manny to say gtfoh so easy.

Look at that situation with the 40 million offer. As soon as Manny turned it down Floyd ran and got an interview with Stephen A Smith so he could plant the seed.

Stop it. It wasn't until Manny was ko'd his risk% and negotiating market value went down is when Floyd felt comfortable making the fight.

I don't know why that is so hard to see. Just look at him now. Still scared to get in the ring with anybody who can actually box.

Manny turned down the $40 mil offer and got ktfo in a fight he made $12 mil less. That’s not Floyd waiting for him to get ktfo, that’s Manny’s cowardice being punished by the boxing gods.

Manny said he was “good to go”, then as soon as Nevada delayed Floyd’s jail start date, he ran and got stitches from Bob’s son in law, for a cut 6 months earlier that had healed according to his primary doctor.

Every time he had a chance to prove himself, he ducked. That’s not Floyd’s fault that Manny made those decisions.

Yes Floyd went to the media so Bob and his media cronies couldn’t lie about what actually happened.

You keep making up excuses for Manny. He keeps making excuses when he ducks or when he loses.

Deleting the truth in the post before responding because that hurts your feelings is proof that you know Manny deserves criticism for not taking offers made to him.

Also, his performance in the fight mirrored his actions. He kept refusing deals. Then when the fight happened he refused to go all out to try and win.

Just grabbed his shoulder and made another excuse.

        .
        I stopped reading after this.

To insinuate he got knocked out because he didn't want to take Floyds bs offer and a boxing god lol punished him is ludicrous.

He got ko'd because he rematched a fighter he fought 3x prior knew him like a book and was always a bad style match-up. Thats it and all.

Marquez is the guy who gets full credit for beating the best version of Manny. Floyd eh gets about half credit for inconclusively outpointing a shopworn version, and its anybody’s guess as to whether or not he could beat him in his prime because he had multiple opportunities to make a fight happen but he was too scared to do it.

You let that happen without repercussion (point deduction), then yeah, Floyd will win nine times out of ten. But you have a competent referee who'd let them fight or reprimand Floyd for rule violations, then Manny could stop Floyd.

There's a reason why Floyd never fought Manny again, even though he would have made even more money than before.
Floyd/Pac II wouldn't have generated more sales than the first.

No you didn’t. You just can’t refute any of it because it’s the hard truth.

No, he got ko’d because he dropped his hands pressing for a ko. He made a tactical mistake.

You also are pretending we all forgot what really happened. Manny said he “had nothing more to prove with JMM”. Then made the fight only after turning down the Floyd fight because that was the most lucrative non Floyd fight available where he was the a-side.

The boxing gods punished him for a purely ego driven decision that prevented the best fight in the sport from happening.

Note he also didn’t have PED testing for this fight. But that is for another discussion.

You can gerrymander giving credit however you wish. JMM benefitted from Manny’s cowardice. Floyd did what he was always going to do- easily beat Manny. That is why Manny kept refusing the fight.

After he got ktfo, he wasn’t as big an earner as the a-side. His fights against Rios, Algieri and Bradley didn’t do as well as expected. Bob couldn’t afford to keep losing money.

He had no financial choice but to finally fight Floyd. Besides, Floyd punked him in Miami so he couldn’t refuse again.

I know the truth hurts you.
