Pac-Marquez III & Pac-PBF but not PBF-Marquez?

I dont understand why people are complaining about this fight between Marquez and Mayweather. Everyone knows that if Pac & Marquez both lose their respective fights that they will fight a trilogy. So why is it cool for Marquez to fight Pac & Not Mayweather???

Didnt Pacquiao weigh 146LBS vs Marquez in the 2nd fight?
