    I read the article too and it's akin to Lennox Lewis' situation with the WBA after he beat Holyfield. Technically he wasn't stripped but was forced to vacate because Don King successfully argued in court that Lennox Lewis' agreement to fight Akinwande (as WBA's number one) transferred to Ruiz after Akinwande was dropped from the rankings.

          He can’t vacate he already signed agreement to fight ibf mandatory.. seems the wbo jumped the gun but I’m sure that dude will take another step aside fee like he been doing for last 2 and half years because he knows he getting sparked by Charlo
