Fight night is the most important weight. Floyd won't outweigh JMM by that much as Cotto will over Pacman

True that there is only 4lbs between them at the weigh-in, and true that the difference may be similar come tonight, but in my eyes that is totally not the point. The issue is this:

        JMM's last 5 weigh-ins: 130, 129, 129, 135, 134.5lbs = 131lbs average
        FMJ's last 5 weigh-ins: 145, 145.5, 147, 154, 145lbs = 147lbs average

        16lbs - that's a difference of more than a stone.

They may be close in weight right now, but JMM is not going to be comfortable fighting at this weight! It's not where he's used to being, it's not what he knows, it's totally unknown for him. Floyd's been here many times and he knows exactly what he's doing.

Yes, there is only 4lbs between them, but THIS IS NOT MARQUEZ'S WEIGHT! The highest he has EVER been is 135!! This fight is a ridiculous sham and Mayweather should be ashamed of himself, no way to justify this.

I'll bet anyone right now Cotto is heavier than Pacquiao on fight night than Mayweather is over Marquez. But we won't hear all this **** then will we? No, because it's Cotto aka Quitter.

Looking forward to the fight now, need to get offline before i start to get wound up. People trying to take credit away from Floyd before the fight has even started

Marquez fought Pacquiao 4 (check it) weight classes lower than where he's fighting Floyd at next, yes 4!!!

This fight is a farce and Mayweather is a god damn *****.

Of course, fight night weight doesn't matter. It doesn't matter at all what you weigh when you are ACTUALLY fighting. The most important weight is the weight when you are drained and not at your physically best and unable to fight at that weight
