I wouldn't necessarily call it cheating. If the fight was indeed contracted for 144lbs, you would think that Golden Boy Promotions would have stipulated some sort of monetary concession to protect Marquez. If they didn't, which seriously surprises me, then Richard Schaefer and friends need to get bitched at, not Floyd. Nobody has apparently said anything about any concessions so far, so this seems to be a pretty sly psychological move on Mayweather's part. Alone, JMM is obviously not going to say anything. I hope he uses it as added motivation to kick Floyd's ass.

2 lbs is that bad? Is it as bad as loaded gloves, steroids? We're talking 2 lbs. Since it's so bad. DLH who outweighed Mayweather by 17 lbs, Baldomir by 14 lbs, JLC by 9 lbs, Mitchell 9 lbs are bigger cheaters. What he did was wrong but it wasn't cheating.
