Ngl whenever I see a African American is fighting a Mexican I always expect the fight to look a certain way and 99% of the time it does.

You'd think they would have adapted over the decades.

Canelo is exceptional. He is slick as hell. That's one of the reasons why some Mexicans don't like him.

some of the old legends were great but mexican boxing has been dead for a while. look at what happened last few weeks with canelo and valdez, they barely won a round between them. i dont know if its the coaches or what but most of them look confused as soon as they fight someone who doesnt just stand in front of them.

Canelo outboxed boxers like Trout, BJS, Plant and Jacobs. They are better "pure boxers" than Pac. Saunders dances around a typical Mexican fighter and beats him badly. He couldn't even land a significant punch on Nelo except cheaty punch during clinching.

Their fighters literally use their face for defence. Some people claim Marquez was a slick fighter but his face was a bloody mess damn near every fight. TBE showed him what real slickness was.

Better to be an actual fighter than labeled a runner and hugger like Gayweather and now Stainey. Look at Stainey after the Kambosos fight, unified all four belts, undisputed, but all people are talking about is how cowardly he fought.

Why would we be ashamed? We aren't pampered like you Americans nor have an organized amateur system like you guys have yet have still produced countless legends in the sport. Mexicans don't have the luxury of sparring Puerto Ricans, Cubans, African Americans, etc. usually until they fight there way out of Mexico and get signed to one of the American promoters.

What was the point of this post? If I were to make a post titles "Should blacks be ashamed of how many of there fighters consistently get in trouble for beating women or are convicted felons you would cry racism........
