    Anybody out there think that maybe GBP set up this weight thing to.........

    Give people doubt about the fight?

    I mean it was always unclear as to what the weight would be...

    I kind of think it was set up at 144 to make people think that JMM had a chance. Also, this weight issue was set up to make it seem as though Mayweather is weight drained and cause more doubt about Floyd to make this fight seem more legit?

    I mean everyone from the beginning was saying it was a mismatch.... Well making it at 144 doesnt make it seem like that much of a jump up for Marquez, and makes it a closer fight in AVERAGE fans eyes.... Then with this overweight issue, it makes it seem as if Floyd is weight drained and didnt train properly, which would give JMM more of a chance...

    It just seems fishy, from the rib injury, to the armor on his ribs in 24/7, to the 144 weight limit, to Floyd coming in over weight. It seems as though they are trying their hardest to make it look like Mayweather CAN lose, and that there are so many things that JMM can capitalize on...

    Maybe I am thinking too much in hopes that Floyd wont lose... I dont know...

    Here on ESPN it says that JMM knew Wednesday that Mayweather wasnt going to make weight...
    Floyd Mayweather Jr. weighed in at 146 pounds on Friday afternoon, two pounds heavier than the weight stipulated in the contract for his comeback fight against lightweight champion Juan Manuel Marquez on Saturday night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

      floyd never intended to make 144 lbs, that's why he was so ambiguous about the weight in the beginning.

          Why is it that Boxing has the most ignorant so-called fans ????????

          For some of these so-called boxing fans to post the BS I've read over the last 8 hours ... is the real disgrace. It seems that talking **** about Mayweather is a pass-time for some of these folks. {Get a freakin Life!!!!}

          No boxing knowledge, no understanding, no common sense !!!! Yet they think they're fans of the Sport of Boxing ..... Don't make me laugh!!!!!!
