Should Nonito get praise for his second half carrer?

A lot of people wrote Nonito off until he went back down to 118, but should he get praise for that? Usually people move up to get bonus points not down. And Nonito is a 122lber. He fought a lot of short guys that were half his size in a weak 118lb division with a lot of new fresh but untested fighters and KO'd some. But at 122 he couldn't even beat fighters that were the same size or smaller than him like Magdeleno and Frampton who was passed his prime at that point.

I don't rate him to someone like Morales who when becoming fat still gave Maidana and Garcia hell in their fights. Or even close to what Pac did with beating Thurman. he thought he could use his size and power to bully the small 118lbers but inoue proved to much and we don't know how Casimiro fight would have gone since his wife cancelled it because of trash talk lol.
