Can’t see either of these guys taking a backwards step. Figueroa by stoppage.

Good matchup and glad to see the winner gets a title shot. Always been a fan of B-Fig, especially when Omayra is around

Tough fight for my boy Castro, will be a fun matchup though. Winner will be deep in the mix at 126

glad to see Brandon back and he is jumping right back in with a tough opponent

Castro was tough for Nery, that early knockdown was the difference

Interesting that brandon figueroa is debuting at featherweight, so many fights to make like Joet Gonzalez, Leo Santa Cruz, Mark Magmasayo, Rey Vargas, Luis Alberto Lopez, Isaac Dogboe, Gary Russell Junior, Mauricio Lara, Josh Warrington, Abraham Nova, Leigh Wood. There is just so many fights to make at 126.

Wondering why they want to get rid of Castro so soon.

Figs eats way too many punches. I don't think things will improve for him at 126. He had a size edge at 122, he's not kicking in the door at 126.

                    Bad style matchup for Castro.
Castro doesn't do well with his back to the ropes.
Brandons punch output might even be too much for Castro to last the distance.
