Well the ref should be very concerned because if they keep stopping fights prematurely fans will tune out and that means less tickets sold, less viewers and less job opportunities for a ref. The best in the business is Steve Smoger at least he lets the lads fight in a PRIZE FIGHT

He also shouldn’t be jumping in the second a guy gets hit and ending a fight which is exactly what happened. Nonito got up looked ready and suddenly it’s over. Now if the monster clipped him again and Nonito was falling all over the place by all means but let the lad take a chance and see if he could handle another punch.

Michael Griffin is one of the best refs in the world and imo did the right thing
Donaire had no legs under him and was getting tagged at will by some fughin hard shots
That was a great stoppage and reason to avoid detrimental punishment

Both fights were solid stoppages imo.

Rolly was still out of it several minutes later when he got to the locker room. He needed help staying on his feet and walking forward. Any more punishment from a guy like Tank and he couldve suffered serious damage.

Getting more damage from a killer like Inoue wouldve been bad for old Nonito's health as well.
