The only dude to have beat but not KO either Linares or Gamboa. That’s a crazy statistic.
Yup 23, your obviously onto something regarding power, a friend of mine fell asleep after 9rnds. Devin did well. Really happy for him. Strength will increase for him over time. He just needs to sit on shots at times.

A lot of holding from haney

Not a single warning from the ref who was over-zealous in general

Expose his chin so the tattooed thug could wash him? I swear some of you need to stick with mma because you really sound like that fan base
When I quoted you yesterday, I was agreeing. I wasn't saying you've called him boring. Just wanted to explain this and clear it up mate. Thank you.

Just imagine if Haney finds someone to help him put some real steam on his shots. If he could pop, haters would go away and fans would show up. Obviously you would never be a fan favorite with that much holding, but if there is even a chance for a KO at a high level it changes the game entirely.

Lots of clowns don't know **** about boxing, calling the fight boring. Boxing is not just about KOs and gore fests. I do like seeing them too, but I also know that it's a skill-based sport where you see how a guy outbox and neutralise the opponent's strengths, and how the opponent overcomes a skilled opponent. Kambosos failed to do that (overcoming haney). Haney actually boxed really well. He wasn't running away. He was using lateral movement and range to beat kambosos. I never saw haney hurt.

If you don't know the sport well enough, don't know the rules and how to score fights, then zip it because some of you all are sounding like complete noobs who just started watching boxing and are only interested in street fight style matches. It doesn't help that some boxers themselves play into the casuals like you by calling each other "boring" to get in their opponent's minds and to trash talk, but deep down they themselves know the sacrifices and skills required to make it big.

If Haney does that with a Lopez/ Loma/ Davis then people will have to start to listen. He has a great boxing IQ and his adaptation to opponents (pre and mid-fight) is second to none. I'm not going to start putting comparisons out there we'll see how far he goes. Big Haney fan.
