Mayweather Sr. Said Haney Boxed Circles Around Tank – Maybe It's True?

There's a video of Mayweather Sr. saying Haney had Tanks number and that Haney did to Tank what he just did to Kambosos. Is this what we have to look forward to for the next decade? Jab, duck and hold, ad infinitum?

I sure hope so. Haney did pretty much what I thought he'd do, keep him on the outside and never let him get in. I just thought George would have more success later on in the fight. This was painful to watch.

Tank or Loma has to take Haney out of the picture. I don't really want to see his fights anymore. I would never pay for a PPV fight with Haney—UNLESS he were fighting Tank or Loma. It's the only way.

One of those two need to take Haney out.

Tank was getting shown up by a club fighter rolly romero, Haney would beat him with ease by jabbing holding running.

          Shakur will beat Haney.

Shakur is much more enjoyable than Haney to watch, so I sure hope so. But Haney is bigger than Shakur and has longer reach I think. I honestly don't care. Shakur, Loma or Tank need to beat Haney in my opinion because all the big fights now are going to be nothing but jabbing and clinching. He's done that it almost all of his fights. If he didn't fight that way, I'd probably be a fan.

The irony is Tank runs more than Haney. Davis would never defeat Devin even on his worse day with that type of fighting style.

Tank isn’t really much of a “boxer” though, he’s a decent mover. But I think he’s more of a puncher. He’s more into getting the KO’s than running, holding, hugging.

It would be interesting to see them fight just to see how Haney reacts to getting punched in the jaw.

JoJo Diaz, Kambosos, Linares aren’t anywhere near the puncher Tank is.

He’s the new Wlad Klits of the modern era. People can hate on Tank but the guy is riveting to watch, I think he would catapult Haney out of the ring.
