I dunno how Hughie gets so much support. Must be just because he's a Fury. Hughie's ****, boring as ****, and chokes. If Hunter can't beat Hughie Michael should find a new job.

I like this fight (Fury / Hunter). If Wilder and Helenius fight I'll like that one too (though I would give Wilder a softer touch for a few fights ... he HAS taken a lot of big head shots .... not a good thing for any figter or person for that matter). I like how the HW division is full of excitement and intriguing fights everywhere, now that no one is able to hold the whole affair hostage over their ****** whims. Tyson Fury is in charge and is a reasonable, practical guy when it comes to making fights. The whole division is in play (for 2nd place) right now ... good fights are everywhere to be made. Lots of young guys moving up. Lots of veterans trying to get their legacy fights in. This is HW Boxing at it's best.

Because AJ works with e. hearn I pretty much root against him, though he has (Still) immense talent and promise. Unless he gets a new promoter (someone who isn't gonna try to rule the entire Boxing World) I'm hoping and thinking Usyk will keep him on the slide. Can Wilder return to his former glory? That story has as much intrigue as any in boxing. No one knows for sure, but it will be MUST WATCH drama as it plays out.

Past experience hasn’t been kind to Fury when he fights at a higher level.

Unless Peter Fury has taught him volumes in recent months, Hunter wins handily.

Hughie is lackluster but he didn’t run from top guys at the time he should fight them . Both guys have a surprisingly history of ducking guys . What separates Hughie though is he really did test the waters early ,Hunter a# well but at Cruiserweight against Usyk . Hunter should have had a loss vs Povetkin scored the missed knockdown but looked like crap his last fight and Hughie is an on and off thing not really that great but good enough to make it a 50/50 fight .

Although, yes, Hunter got a gift in his last fight, it in no way changes my assertion Fury will need a gift to beat Hunter.

I'm going for a Hughie win. Based on these factors. Hughie in his last 2-3 fights has started being a lot more aggressive, that in turn, will help him win more rounds. Next, Hunter did not look good in his last performance, in my view ran from Hrgovic, something Hughie would not do. And thirdly, I have never, ever, seen Hughie Fury get hurt. Hunter is not knocking Hughie out, I'd give Hughie a chance, on volume, to stop Hunter, and I think Hughie wins, if on points, around 8-4.

He's far better than he is given credit for. I thought he beat Parker, vs Povetkin there was nothing in it for 7 or so rounds, then he did fade, but maybe a lesson learned, and whilst the Pulev loss was clear, he fought through a shocking cut for 11 rounds, and also badly rocked Pulev, despite claims that he can't punch. He can. He hits as hard as Hunter imo. Nash out.

Pulev is much better then giving credit only his loss to A.J makes posters discredit that win as well . I think Hughie fought the tougher opponents this is a step down for him and being 6”6 can make things awkward for Hunter who’s used to fighting slower guys of size . I don’t believe Hunter would win a rematch with Bakole who looked off that night , Hunter to me has hit his limit ,Hughie needs to win if he’s serious about any title run .

Hunter is such a dead cert against Hughie in your eyes, he can't win unless of a robbery? Did you think Hunter was a dead cert to beat Forrest too?

Nothing is a dead cert in sport. Especially boxing.

Of course nothing is a certainty. I, however, have been so thoroughly unimpressed with Hughie Fury I will literally put my money where my mouth is. Hunter as a slight underdog? I'll take it.

I thought Hunter would win that fight, but wasn't interested enough to put anything on the line. Hopefully (for me at least) Hunter comes into this one a lot sharper.

Who promotes this? Hunter didn`t want to fight Hrgovic in final IBF eliminator, but he will fight Hughie in final WBA eliminator? He just took less dangerous fight.

I hope Hughie can win this, Hunter actually lost to Forrest in last fight.
