Amir Khan may be the latest boxing denizen to pass through the fighter-to-promoter revolving door. Khan, the newly retired British boxing icon and former world titlist, intends on crossing over to the other side of the aisle and start promoting boxing cards. Khan, 35, announced his retirement earlier this month. His last bout was one of the biggest of his career, a long-awaited showdown with sworn rival and countryman Kell Brook, which Brook ended up winning by dominant sixth-round stoppage at Manchester Arena, in Manchester, England. Brook also announced his retirement from the sport earlier this month.
