I've seen Davis mature and become well balanced since he had his two girls. Some people don't have the greatest speaking skills but are very intelligent. Davis' personality has become warmer and friendlier in interviews. Coming from his hard life, he survived and thrived. He just seems more calmer now. Overnight he become one of my favorite fighters.

Rolly needs to shut the FK up because he was KO'd the FK out.

Right. I didn’t even mind the rushing up to Rolly post KO and him putting his fists up like he was giving him the bird. He then calmly gave Rolly some props in the post fight interview and wished him the best. His one post fight reference was bad timing in light of things. I’m not saying it wasent an effective line though.
Tank fought smart, he watched, he learned. It was clear to see that his left counter was going to make an impact soon. All it took was one shot. Counters are nasty.
Tank looked small vs Rolly but he has laser hand speed. Elite percentile stuff. He knows how boxing works now. He’s not afraid to say it might take him some rounds to sort something out. He sounds real, honest.
I had no problem with him moving and circling. He had Rolly chasing him. Rolly walked right into a punch, that took him out. It wasent hard to see coming. We seen Rolly get hit like that before, just not by an elite guy.
Tank just needs to stay focused. Not get too enamoured with trying to be too cute and land that single shot. Everything seems to be well in hand.

Rolly’s alright with me! Folks laughed at him during both fight buildups citing how “nervous” he was while talking trash. I respect him for going out there and not showing so much respect.

He didn’t look nervous either. He looked decent until he got caught. Tank took some shots last night but not much happened in the fight. Not much trading took place…it was just cat and mouse most of the night.

It was dirty fight at times. It was funny at times. It was nail biting at times. Then it was over. No complaints or excuses from me.

Imo Rolly was up by a few points before being made to use the bottom rope as a headrest. I don't mind the (delusional) trash talk that much, plus I want him to succeed due to the fake #MeToo attempt on him, but he needs a new trainer and 4-5 fights worth of experience against quality opposition if he wants his boxing IQ to catch up to his talent.

Considering the fact this was only his 15th fight, and his first title fight (against a guy with fast hands and very good power no less) he gave a good performance, up until he left the entire right side of his face wide open for about the 20th time while going to the body.

It’s true but tank has power.

It’s true. I had rolly 5 up, but tank has power. The power is real. Rolly had Tank hurt too. Tank had the ref in his pocket though. Either way who cares. They’re not world champions

Yea maybe the glock reference wasn't the greatest timing but Jim Grey is an idiot and always finds a way to make interview awkward as hell. He should've let it slide by instead of reiterating it and dragging it out.

I honestly don't know how they have Jim Grey still doing interviews to this day. He is the worst. People used to say Larry Merchant was the worse but in hindsight, I'd love to have him back. His overall manner was legit whether you loved him or hated him and he didn't act like a snakey weasel the way Jim Grey does.
