I've seen interviews of Ryan calling out Cruz but no news of him Not wanting the fight or passing it up.
Garcia would likely walk into a shot just like Rolly. Both those guys fight crazy, with their chin up in the air. The difference with Rolly and Ryan is that Rolly has a jab. Just that alone makes Rolly a more dangerous fighter.
