Who are the promoters making the big cross promotion fights happen?

Good post. Once in awhile PBC co promotes with both Top Rank and DAZN but I literally can’t think of even once Top Rank and DAZN have worked together.

He only makes fights where there's something to gain with nothing to lose. If Garcia had a title for example, (a unification) this fight just wouldn't be happening.
