The idea that Haney is doing something special shows how entitled American boxing is.

I mean is Devin even going to have a corner?! I dont know if their is anyone trust worthy to check George Kambosos gloves on fight night, we know what they did to Manny Paquiao. I hope that they dont poison Devin's food, hes not use to that culture.
Only the Russian government poisons. I'm not sure what Australia does, other than maybe some decisions as bad as some that we've had in our own states.

I'm not sure the term special should be applied here. Sure, Haney is going into his opponents backyard but at the same time, Haney views this fight as a cannot lose, opponent made for him, easy to collect all the belts. From this win, it puts him in the drivers seat and has everyone calling him and the big checks that go with that. If anything, Haney won the lottery on this one because I'm not sure he deserved this fight. I actually give a lot of credit to GKJ for taking this fight because I think it is a bad matchup for him. I'm giving him about a 20% chance to win this.

exactly, the officials will be about as bad as they usually are i would say, haney could win clearly and be given a draw or lose a close one or win with a dominant performance, most people dont actually care or notice when their guy is on the good end of stuff and will swear blind its a fair result

True, too bad as this would have been great for Loma & a more entertaining fight at that.

I've been saying that forever. How fitting would it have been for Loma to get back all his belts? I'm in the minority that believe Lopez did not do enough to grab all the belts from him. I feel like Loma still should be the rightful owner of all the belts and until someone DECISIVELY beats him, he's still the man.

I think GKJ would also be tailored made for Loma's style and Loma would pick him apart. Then again, I'm also thinking of young Loma and he has aged a bit since we've last seen him dominant. He's no longer the magic that can stand right in front of you and dodge all your shots while returning offensive fire from all kinds of weird/odd angles that are unpredictable. I could of seen him stopping GKJ if he was in top shape and even a little bit his old self.

Eddie hearn is no longer Haney promoter.

Haney signed a 3 fight deal with bob arum to get the shot at Undisputed.

And Zab Judah father will be in the corner of haney while in Australia.
