Andrade gains jack from Parker or the Great Central Asian Fanboy Name Janibek. If he is at 160, the undisputed Charlo is the fight or the Big Charlo at 168. Those are the fights, the guys he should be fighting, based on 10 yrs of history. Again, DAZN wasn't paying or bidding for the Great Central Asian Fanboy Name Janibek. Someone needs to talk to Benavidez dad b.c he said it's a dangerous fight so they require 7 million.

Bahahahahahahaha yeah Andrade is staying away from this one. Morrell Jr should take this fight.

Andrade might as well fight Janibek! Arum will make it a big production on ESPN, and maybe more people will find out who he is?

Andrade has been champion for four years, never fought any major threat of a fighter. Janibek is an up an coming fighter and if Andrade runs from him, “stating his reasonings of course” , but he will confirm his critics accusations. It’s time Andrade, face the music.

Benevidez is the main topic at 168, Andrade might be able to stink him out. He deffo isn't going to stand there and eat leather, like some I know.
Yeah. Bring on Benavidez-Andrade. Benavidez needs to get a belt though.

Weird circumstances for a weird cat. The guy he chases doesn't want him, so now he'll have to face the guy who's chasing him or lose his belt.

Canelo isn't coming back to 160. Win or lose, Golovkin is almost certainly retiring after the Canelo rubber match. Murata say's he's likely retiring. Charlo ain't fighting Andrade unless Andrade is signed to PBC.

So if Andrade fights and beats Alimkhanuly, he'd really just be sitting on the belt waiting to see if Mungia is ready to fight him. And, knowing DLH, he'll probably avoid that fight.

Meanwhile there are fights up at 168. I think you could make fights with Jacobs or Rosado pretty easily.

Andrade is like 33 or 34. This fight is the best available option for him so...

if andrade needs surgery on the shoulder that caused him to pull out of the parker fight, he should just vacate his 160 title now and not drag it out. he wouldn't be able to train for months and would need rehab before he could enter a training camp of a few months to get ready. not enough time. if you look at his defenses, it's been pretty weak opposition even for the wbo. probably better for wbo and him and matchroom to part ways at this point.

if it was easy to get andrade in a ring with jacobs or anyone else it would have happened years ago. now that andrade has puled out of the parker fight, jacobs and ryder should rematch in new york. ryder got a home town decision in their first meeting. maybe jacobs could angle his way into a parker fight for the same date. andrade made lots of excuses for why he didn't want to fight jacobs, had contracts put in front of him to fight both charlos and lara, and had saunders in his back yard signed and ready to defend against him. people trying to make it out like andrade hasn't had opportunities to be in big fights. he had opportunities and didn't want them. he's been overpaid for a guy who has no top level wins, no following, and has never sold a ticket. marvin hagler was avoided but he did what he had to do. he didn't just loiter hoping for a lottery ticket.

You're preaching to the choir here - Andrade sucks and he squandered his career. Hearn has been writing him wellfare checks.

But in reality the Alimkhanuly fight is a tough fight, and winning it isn't gonna land him any opportunities - moving up in weight and taking some risks might.
