First off, I want to make something very clear I am not a keyboard cowboy and therefore I don't appreciate when people talk down or are being disrespectful with name calling or anything else. I will be respect as I am respectful towards others. This is my opinion on Canelo and you don't have to agree with it but you don't have to be disrespectful either. I gotta say that some comments git me really pisses off because there's no call for that ****. Good some of you are behind the keyboard in a far away land where no one has any idea it's you. Moving on.
. I think that as a fan of boxing, and a fan of Canelo, that this fight would prove to be too much for him. If you know boxing, as Bivol's punch selection doesn't have much variation, he is very with the shots he does deliver. And lethal at that. I knew this was going to push Canelo in a way he hasn't been pushed in quite some time. That being said, it's funny how everyone is saying that Bivol was a cherry pick. That Canelo thought it was going to be an easy fight and so he picked Bivol over Benavidez or Charlo. This is a narrative that's been pushed by all these biased boxing channels and bloggers and YouTube boxing experts.

If you don't like Canelo and see his accomplishments and as bought, or weak then you obviously can't see the accomplishment for what it is. To all of the fans of other boxers that Canelo is supposedly afraid of, what has your boxer done lately?

Your choice to knock Canelo if you want to but the fact of the matter is your favorite boxer wasn't talking about unifying before Canelo cam eto the super middleweight division and cleaned out the champs. Don't give me that crap about he didn't clean out the division because he hasn't fought Benavidez. Understand what I am telling you. He cleaned out the champs of the division. I never said he cleaned out the entire division. That's a lot of souls to go through. So he went the faster route. Now say what you will of those particular champions but they were champions nonetheless. And if you're that upset about who the champs were complain to your favorite fighter and ask him why he never crossed the pond to go get those belts? Canelo took all those belts in history defining time. 11 months. Like I said, you can say whatever you want about the opposition but I can pick a handful or more if times 2 -3 years ago where ever said Canelo would never fight Smith, Saunders, Benavidez and Plant. And what happened he fought the ones with the belts and took them all. And yet he's the coward? Out if all those fighters I clouding Benavidez we're not talking about undisputed at any time during there championship reign. And when Canelo was on his road to undisputed, all of a sudden so was everybody else after Canelo put in all the leg work.

but I have been saying for YEARS... Benavidez is the guy at 168 who will give Canelo fits, and... that is the second-best fight in boxing

Canelo needs to fight Benavidez, no question... and he obviously will... Benavidez aint going nowhere, and neither is Canelo

Canelo fighting GGG isn't a bad fight. You wanna talk **** about GGG being old and Canelo waiting to age him out before giving him one more fight which is just ******. No one gave Thurman this much **** when he signed to fight a 40 year old Pacquiao. And what happened? Manny ****in Pacquiao stopped time for another fight and career defining fight. Thurman wasn't called a coward was he. No he was celebrated for taking on a fight with Manny Pacquiao because of who Manny is. One of the all time greats as far as I'm concerned. If you can't keep things on the line with everyone then maybe you shouldn't making comments on boxing. It seems as though the more Canelo manages to accomplish the more he's hated instead of being celebrated. You don't have to like him just acknowledge the fact no one is doing what he has done in any of the other weight classes. So what he moved this way and that way, he's getting it done. I remember there was a time where you had to work your way through the ranks to get a title shot. I'm sure there's a bunch of boxing experts that are gonna tell me who ****ed it up for everybody. But now it seems like if you have a following and call someone out , you get to fight that champion. But I guess it is what it is as they say. I can go on with more but I've got **** to do. I don't have the luxury of sitting on my ass watching boxing all day.
