I think you're thinking about Okolie lol. Doesn't he have a rematch clause with CBS?

Yeah he does. I hope he passes on it and goes up to HW tbh. Was an ugly fight to watch.

Yeah would likely be Masternak vs Riakporhe going off the rankings.
I thought Opetaia's legal issues finished in March. He asked for, and was granted a 60-day medical exemption in February. Maybe his injury hasn't healed properly?

Some were actually entertained by the first fight, more power to them. Okolie is not someone who's career I will follow closely because his clinch-fests are a chore to watch.

Something unrelated: do you foresee Sky or DAZN making a play for the Spence/Crawford broadcasting rights?

Can’t say I’ve been following it closely but came across this today:

Boxing promoter Dean Lonergan says his legal fight with world champion Jai Opetaia is not over, denying that the 27-year-old has landed a knockout blow.

The atmosphere/event was great but that constant clinching is horrible man.

I reckon Sky probably get them.

Oh damn, I misread it. That will be interesting, hope the Midnight Train can get a big fight at Selhurst. Would much rather see him rematch CBS than Okolie, but oh well

Lee McGregor signing with Wasserman. Poor choice IMO.

Should’ve signed with Warren, Hearn or Shalom.

Smith vs Eubank 2 is close to getting rescheduled. September time I reckon.

Zhang vs Joyce 2 mooted for September 2nd.

Must win fight for Joyce. Can’t see him getting another chance if he loses again.
